The Hunterwood Soft Press is used to process big square bales into smaller, denser, and more familiar farm style bales. The final product is ideal for domestic farm and feed use, as well as the pet market. This press allows growers and processors to be more efficient and more profitable.

Soft Press Features:

Repackages big square bales into 40lb - 60lb* bales, ideal for domestic horse and pet feed markets.

Optimize transport weights with increased bale densities.

The feed apron accepts up to three big square bales to create a buffer for uninterrupted processing.

System incorporates a follower device to maintain the integrity of flakes for improved appearance of finished bales.

Electric or diesel power packs available.

Input hay is scaled for bale weight accuracy.

Utilizes a pre-compress system to improve overall speed and appearance of output bales.

Up to three twines can be applied to bales with knotters, which are included with the Hunterwood Soft Press System.

Finished bale length, weight, and compression are easily adjusted by the press operator.
